ADDITIONAL COURSES
If you are looking to further your aviation knowledge and experience we offer a number of additional courses from night flying to instructor ratings.
Restricted Instrument Rating
The Restricted Instrument Rating is a short introductory course in how to fly in poorer weather. The 15 hour course begins by teaching you how to fly the basic manoeuvres, such as climbs, descents and turns, by only using the instrument panel and not looking out of the window.
Flight Instructor Rating
The Flight Instructor Rating teaches you how to teach the PPL(A) syllabus to new pilots.
The course will go through the PPL syllabus with the FI Instructor explaining how to teach each lesson. You will then practice at teaching the syllabus to the FI Instructor acting as a dummy student, making various mistakes.
